Virtual dog training in Fairfax, VA! Elvis is a 3-month-old puppy. His owner wanted to get typical puppy behaviors under control and prevent bad behaviors from starting. He realizes that he has a lot to do with how his puppy behaves.
Most issues can be resolved via remote training because we teach you to train your dog without harsh methods and shock collars. You have to be careful with board and train programs. The majority of them use painful collars to achieve results. This is also an issue because it should be the owner training the dog, not someone else. It doesn’t matter if I can get your dog to behave because your dog isn’t going to be living with me.
Elvis is a cute puppy that is pretty good but some of his puppy behaviors were driving the family crazy. Things are much better now. During our first virtual dog training session, I will ask you what issues you’re dealing with, how you interact with your dog and what you’d like to achieve. From there I can answer any questions you may have and then we get started. Our method is very simple. Most behaviors can be addressed virtually and those that can’t or struggle, I am available to visit in person once it is safe.
We made a few small changes in their relationship and we already have a calmer puppy.
“So I’ve been trying out the behavior corrections throughout the day. I have to say, it worked a lot better than I was expecting. When I do it, he immediately stops the behavior and goes somewhere else to relax.“
